0001597: Editor split volume feature

Description

It seems Editor has issues switching between different label volumes when "Split Merge" functionality is used.

I was able to consistently reproduce this problem when using GrowCut. If (by mistake) you first use "Split Merge" on the growcut input volume ,and then try to switch to the results volume, the structures are populated as in the attached screenshot. If you try to work from this point on, sometime soon Slicer would crash.
