Summary

0001715: Fiducial import should go to named list

Description

File->Add Data, select .fcsv file. The file imports to either 1. a new list named "Fiducial List", or 2. the currently selected hierarchy.

Desired behavior: import into a hierarchy list named by the "Name" parameter in the .fcsv file.
