Summary

0000601: Saving Nrrd file

Description

In Slicer2 it was possible to save Nrrd files as .nhdr & .raw, whereas in Slicer3 the files can be saved as .nhdr & .raw.gz.

It would be great if the option of saving files in an uncompressed format that was available in Slicer2 could be ported in Slicer3.

(0001035) pieper (administrator) 2009-07-14 14:35	Probably need another option for this in the save dialog drop down box. The complication is that most of the logic is based on the file extension without the extra info on saving with or without compression. For now, something like the following could be typed in the tcl console: unu save -i file.nhdr -o uncompressed.nhdr -encoding raw
