Project:

Developing LONI pipelines for UNC shape analysis ready for clinicians

Goals:

• Create a LONI pipeline for UNC SPHARM shape analysis that is appropriate to give to clinical collaborators
• Users of the pipeline should be able to input segmentation datasets and the pipeline outputs results, Quality control data etc

Current status

• Gathering all tools and script and data
• Underlining directory structure is defined and fixed

Test data

We are using the caudate data from the Boston VA.
