         produce Slicer3 module for back propagation and manual correct the results
 
         smooth back propagation results to generate final templates

#Andriy: register atlas to each subjects and apply resulting transformation to align atlas to each subjects

Meanwhile: Ginger will perform EM segmentation on Gucci to separate into WM, GM, CSF and Ron helps to segment sub-cortical structures.
