*We've developed and implemented a modified mean distance to incorporate with shape similarity between fiber tracts. The shape similarity model is based on the angle shift among the vectors to direct corresponding sample points along fiber tracts. The modified mean distance can address the challenge of distincting corpus callosum and mistakenly tracked cingulum bundle. The outputs have a relatively smaller intra-Hausdorff-distance of clustered tracts than the outputs from mean distance.
