The '''Brain Mapping for Neurosurgery''' course an introduction to the basics of the use of post-processing methods to build patient specific brain maps from structural and diffusion MRI data for surgical planning of brain tumor resection. 
The session is part of the [http://stellar.mit.edu/S/course/HST/fa15/HST.583/ HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis], a multidisciplinary course which provides information relevant to the conduct and interpretation of human brain mapping studies.
