* '''March 2005:''' In DTI with coronal AP direction, there is a failure of proper coregistration using AG module (mutual transformation). Although both LSDIrecon or DTMRI converting script (I to D) work well if the orientation is set to 'coronal AP', the coregistred SPGR and Label maps shows flipped image. The initial orientation of SPGR and Label map has coronal PA direction. After coregistration it changed to coronal AP and 'Little Endian' is converted to 'yes'.
