**Develop a tool in slicer that will allow for snaping fiducials onto local curvature features (valleys, ridges, saddle points) .
**Develop a vessel segmentation module in slicer which will produce both label maps and surface models
**Develop a tool in Slicer that will do cortical thickness determination based on the output of a segmenter.
**Develop a tool for interactive parcellation of these thickness maps, which will produce both label maps and surface models.
