Fractional Anisotropy of the Corpus Callosum and Anterior Commissure
To use DTI to quantify the integrity of interhemispheric connectivity in schizophrenic patients, by measuring fractional anisotropy (FA) and other diffusion measures in both corpus collosum (CC) and anterior commissure (AC) fibers.
