To integrate 3D W widgets into Slicer3.
Approach, Plan
Build on work from meshing integration:
Slicer Interactive Module
Use the 3D widgets to edit Slicer3 fiducials in 3D.
Update the picking routines to allow selection and manipulation of both 3d and 2d widgets.
