- Notebook is not resizing dynamically - Needs to be investigated
- CMake issues
- Appears to be a bug in CMake when trying to include ITK, VTK and KWWidgets
- It finds the Slicer3 version of the installed copy, but not the local version even when specified via ccmake
- Image Orientation

- Image Handling - Meshing requires and ITK image for processing. Integration must generate such a version
