Goal
- Finish Programming Week #1 Project: Bayesian Classification ITK Filter
- Wrap the filter in VTK for eventual use in Slicer
Activities
- Thursday and Friday collaborative programming work
Results
- The itkBayesianClassificationImageFilter is now a part of ITK CVS.
- The filter has been wrapped in VTK for use in Slicer.
- Accompanying documentation has been submitted to the Insight Journal: An ITK Filter for Bayesian Segmentation: itkBayesianClassifierImageFilter
