Updates

• 11/23 - Combined all tutorials into one master for presentation purposes. Also made a few edits in the combination that will need to be propagated back into the individual tutorials (after 11/23 workshop).
• 11/22 - Slides updated: combined RECIST and ChangeTracker into one tutorial. Created new dataset for RECIST part.
• 11/20 Jeff and Wendy met and modified tutorial plan for 11/23 and for RSNA. Need some slides from Jeff to support new presentation plan. Over the weekend, Jeff will edit those slides and Wendy will modify RECIST tutorial. Wendy will combine all slides when she gets Jeff's contrib and will share the final set. We'll meet together directly after the 11/23 session to work on RSNA tutorials.
• 11/20 Jeff, please edit this subset of slides and send back asap. I will integrate them into the presentations for 11/23 and for RSNA.
• Data updated again on 11/8 -- changes made to PETCTFusion-Tutorial after some input from Ron. Changes also made to RECIST tutorial to integrate Compare View.
• 11-8-09 Some changes have been made to the PETCT and RECIST scene files and I've been testing the tutorials over the weekend... plan to complete testing before 9AM monday (wjp)
• Data last updated on 11/6 -- changes made to PETCTFusion-Tutorial-Scene.mrml so initial display of data is better. (No changes to datasets included in scene have been made.) -(wjp)
• 11/6/09 - SVN branch has been updated to include some logic changes, and body weight qualifier to SUV labels (SUVbw). We should include these changes in the binaries for workshops.
• 11-6-09. All tutorials and datasets load and run in Windows RSNA build (generated 11-04-2009). (Stuart W.)
• 11/2/09 - An svn branch "Slicer3.5-RSNAWorkshop" has been created to keep a more stable implementation aside from the trunk for RSNA. The module is checked in to this branch, and into Slicer's trunk, so it's available as of 11/3 in the nightly build. The nightly build can be used to test this tutorial.
