Meeting Minutes

• Shawn and Randy gave an update on yesterday's mi2b2 Advisory Board meeting. Highlights included surprise attendance by Dr. Rod Pettigrew (Director of NIBIB) his host Carol Martin of Harvard Catalyst, and Bruce Rosen. Work of meeting modified to permit appropriate level of presentation of project to Dr. Pettigrew. He inquired about utility of project to inform or advance his health care missions.
• Server hardware site update:
  • (CHB) Ready to go.
  • (BIDMC) Jesse is meeting with Radiology Department representative today to get permission for project.
  • (BWH) Kathy ordered her computer.
  • (MGH) Darren told Shawn he is working on it.
• Randy reminded all to complete their CITI training and Shawn to circulate the IRB amendment text to use to add our Project team members to their site's i2b2 IRB protocol.
• Shawn demo'd the user interface to the mi2b2 Workbench software used to send the DICOM query/retrieve function to the PACS and display the information to the user.

Action Items

1. Randy, Chris & Shawn will outline draft Security Policy to review for a future meeting (still in progress)
2. Use next meetings to continue to outline Level of Service document together
3. Do amendments to each site i2b2 IRB to add mi2b2 study personnel
