Objective
Through 2009-2010, the plastimatch DICOM RT import/export code has become more mature and usable. There exists a skeleton plugin, but it does not expose all of the features available in the command line program. Furthermore, there is no documentation in the 3D Slicer wiki.
Approach, Plan
The approach is to add GUI functionality for DICOM RT structure set export, and DICOM RT dose import to the plugin. These need to be docmented as well.

- Worked with Katie Hayes, and plugin now compiles and loads on Mac OSX
