Key Investigators

  • BWH: Peter Savadjiev

Objective

The objective is to port to Slicer4 an existing Slicer3 python module that implements the white matter geometry indices of Savadjiev et al. (2010).

Approach, Plan

The last remaining step of the port is to modify the XML interface of the Python module to match the requirements of Slicer 4.

Progress

At the June 2011 project week, a script was created for automatic testing of the module. Given a set of sample input and the corresponding pre-computed output, the script calls the module and verifies that the output produced by the module matches the correct pre-computed output.

Delivery Mechanism

This work will be delivered to the NA-MIC Kit as a Slicer4 python extension module.
