Objective
We are integrating a needle detection sub-module in the proposed iGyne module in Slicer 4. The needle detection is to be used during Gynecological Cancer Brachytherapy in AMIGO and applied on MR images.
Approach, Plan
After the initial design and definition of the iGyne module, the needle detection module would be added to it.
