Objective

Port the Atlas Based Classification (ABC) Slicer 3 command line extension to Slicer 4.

Approach, Plan

We will use the SkullStripper extension as a starting point for adapting the old code, together with the instructions at http://www.slicer.org/slicerWiki/index.php/Documentation/4.1/Developers/Build_Module

Progress

Compilation of Slicer 4 ABC extension using the new Slicer 4 CMake framework is successful. Further testing still needed.
