Lung Segmentation:
Segmentation and 3D surface reconstruction of the lung and pulmonary vessels. From the DataStore module in Slicer, the arteries and veins from the original model of pulmonary vessels can be viewed. In the image below, it represents the most recent status of the segmentation of the lung. The label maps and 3D model is shown in the screenshot to represent the current segmentation.
