Introduction
The 3D Slicer UNC workshop will provide an introduction to the basics of data loading, 3D visualization and image registration using the 3D Slicer software. The afternoon session will focus on fundamental and practical aspects of Diffusion MRI analysis. The workshop is a full day event that will combines a series of lectures and hands-on sessions using the software.
