Home < 2016 Beth Israel Psychiatry Seminar3D Slicer is an open-source software platform for medical image analysis, 3D visualization and Image-Guided Therapy used in clinical research worldwide. The objective of the seminar is to introduce members of the Beth Israel Psychiatry Department to the functionalities for neuroimage analysis available in the platform. The seminar will include a presentation of the DTI Challenge initiative on the standardized evaluation of Diffusion MRI tractography for white matter mapping.
