During the last few months we have rolled out a publications database framework, based on infrastructure developed by Kitware.
The two links above provide you views into this database that are specific to NA-MIC.
Highlights:
- Uploading follows a self-serve model. If you have problems with an upload (button on the same row as the search), our webmaster, Marianna Jakab, marianna at bwh.harvard.edu can help.
- The database can import from medline and export in formats that are compatible with endnote and bibtex.
- The database is not limited to medline papers but can also accommodate other peer reviewed publications.
- the database can hold files and data (pdf, jpg, gif, png, .tgz, etc.)
- the database holds information about the grants acknowledged by a paper
