Take an abdominal CT data set and use the editor to segment the following major organs and structures during a single session:
- Skin "shell"
- Bones
- Liver
- Kidneys
- The goal is to generate a consolidated label map with all the segmentation results and then to use modelmaker to generate surface model for each of the structures.
- Issues:
- Handling of the label map: Should be pull down menue of available one and option to name and create a new one.
- Link selected label map to displayed label map
- Handling of LUTs
