Objective
The objective of this project is to integrate EPI distortion correction module into Slicer, which implement the variational method.

Our goals for the project week are:
- Integrate EPI distortion correction module into Slicer3
- Perform and evaluate results on BWH brain dataset.
Progress
- The code is integrated into Slicer3.
- Compare to the results with B-spline registration
