Introduction

Preparations

Please complete the following items prior to the workshop.

Software: Please bring your own laptop with the Slicer3.6 version appropriate to the computer you will be bringing to the workshop. The version of Slicer to download will be posted a few days before the event.

Data: Please install the 3D Visualization dataset, the Interactive Editor dataset, Diffusion dataset, and the Manual Registration dataset.

Tutorials: Please download the tutorials in the table above, in PDF or PPT format.

Hardware minimum requirement: 2GB of main memory and graphics hardware acceleration with 256 MB of dedicated graphics memory (nvidia preferred).
Recommended hardware: 4-8GB of main memory and 512MB or more of dedicated graphics memory with a nvidia gpu.
