Home < HST 583 2010The HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis is a multidisciplinary course which provides information relevant to the conduct and interpretation of human brain mapping studies.
The 'Life Cycle of Medical Imaging Data' is an introduction to the basics of medical imaging data and 3D visualization of the anatomy. The course uses the 3D Slicer software to explore MR datasets and 3D surface reconstructions of the brain.
