Objective
We want to create an Atlas Registration tool in Slicer3.
Approach, Plan
A simple Atlas Creator was created and is available in Slicer3 nightly builds. Manual segmentations containing multiple labels are supported and get registered via BRAINSTools as an atlas for each label and as a combined atlas.
During the project week, we want to leverage expertise from Registration experts to extend and optimize the functionality.
Progress
Project Week Update: We fixed the Atlas Creator to work with the latest 3D Slicer3 trunk on all platforms. Valuable feedback was provided by potential users and collaborators. Thank you!
