Objective
- Build a complete DTI processing pipeline for the HD data.
Approach, Plan
- Editing our current DTI pipeline by including Brainsfit as our affine registration step.
- Discuss with Hans group about the resulting DTI pipeline.
Progress
- Applied rigid and affine registration to our (preliminary) data using BRAINSFit.
- Currently working on embedding this affine transformation file to AtlasWerks.
