Objective

DTI-reg is a tool available on NITRC that allows to register DTI images. It has been developped to work with Slicer3. Other tools such as dtiprocess already exist and work with Slicer3. We want to test and integrate those existing tools in Slicer4 to perform DTI atlas based fiber analysis.

Approach, Plan

Existing tools may need re-writing to make them slicer4 compatible. The goal is to integrate them to Slicer4 as extensions.

Progress

DTI-reg now compiles with Slicer4 in the svn branch SlicerExtension. DTIProcessToolkit, when downloaded through DTI-reg, also compiles with Slicer4. The next step is to integrate those tools as extensions in Slicer4.
