Objective
Develop a web-based viewer for XNAT that can display 3D information from:
- Slicer scenes
- Freesurfer meshes
with functionality similar to that of Connectome Workbench.
Approach, Plan
- Using XTK, be able to load and view a variety of file formats.
- Integrate into existing 2D XNAT image viewer.
