Project Description
Objective
- Reconstruct SlicerOpenCV modules as Slicer4 modules
- Develop the base module for our MR compatible endoscope project
Approach, Plan
- Create automatic OpenCV downloader and installer
- Use QTimer to refresh the captured video image
- Display the video image in 3D view pane of Slicer UI
Progress
- Created this page (1/6)
- Private GitHub repository: EndoscopeConsole Module
- Implemented OpenCV downloader and installer by using SuperBuild. (1/6)
- Discussed Slicer-video system configuration including ultrasound and endoscope with Junichi and Andras (1/8)
- Realized an image overlay by copying the video frame into the background of 3D viewer in 3D Slicer (1/9)
