Project Description
Objective
We have created an editor extension for quickly initializing, interactively segmenting targets. Currently, a portion of the module is based on a command line function. We will improve the speed, re-usability of the module by moving the command line portion to a slicer loadable module.
Approach, Plan
- Create a loadable module from an existing command line module
Progress
- Creeated loadable module; now, debugging
- Made a 'Guide' to help user with the pipeline
- Fixed scenario with user accidentally selecting zero label for segmentation
