Project Description
Objective
- to test whether FA/MD alternation of CST after surgery could predict the patients motor strength change
- without taking the voxel-based FA/MD calculation, we want to test the feasibility of the FA/MD value of a whole tract
Approach, Plan
- the registration of pre-op DTI to post-op DTI
- convert DTI tractography models to label-map
- evaluate the changes of FA/MD after surgery and the correlation with patients' motor strength
