Objective

- Integrate the Lesion Sizing Toolkit nodule segmentation as part of CIP
Approach, Plan
- Create CLI to integrate LST functionality
- Create a python module that computes lesion measurements based on nodule segmentation results
- Use ROI tools to select nodule region
