Home < BU 2015Course Description
The 3D Slicer is an open-source platform for medical image analysis and 3D visualization used in clinical research worldwide. The purpose of this course is to provide radiology residents and medical students an introduction to the functionalities of 3D Slicer for Radiology research and education.

In preparation for the hands-on session, participants are invited to bring their own laptop to the workshop and to download the following material:
- 3D Slicer software: Slicer 4.4.0 2014-11-02 r2374 release version. (Blue Button)
- 3D Visualization-part1 and 3D Visualization-part2 datasets
