The Brain Mapping for Neurosurgery course is an introduction to the basics of the use of post-processing methods to build patient specific brain maps from structural and diffusion MRI data for surgical planning of brain tumor resection. The session is part of the HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis, a multidisciplinary course which provides information relevant to the conduct and interpretation of human brain mapping studies.
