Preparation
To follow along with the demo, please
- Download the latest nightly (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Install the SegmentEditorExtraEffects extension from the Extension Manager within Slicer
- Download
- Phantom base STL file for the 3D printing section
- Neurosurgery tutorial dataset (which is also available in the DataStore module in Slicer)
- CTChest dataset in the Sample Data module
