Objective
We have tested several algorithms and approaches for classifying white matter lesions. At the moment, we have implemented vince magnotta's algorithm into the roadmap project/tutorial.
Approach, Plan
Review comparisons of NA-MIC kit tools EM-Segment, Prastawa Method, Magnotta Method, etc discuss looking at k-nearest neighbor (the approach that won the MICCAI brain lesion challenge) what is the best approach to use for the roadmap project?
Progress
this work should lead towards planned MICCAI or other venue paper on white matter lesion also plan on full analysis of a clinical lupus sample
