These supplements are associated with NAC and NA-MIC. This supplement application will add capabilities to the 3D Slicer software to enable and enhance its utilization in translational clinical research. NAC
The project is organized into five work packages:
- Migration of the Slicer UI to Qt, improving Slicer usability, productivity and performance
- Annotation and mark-up capabilities and support for evolving standards
- The development of practical guidelines for clinical researchers on how to use advanced registration tools
- A new generation of the EM segmenter which can be adjusted to a particular data set by a clinical researcher
- An open source workflow engine will be ported into our environment
NA-MIC
- In order to keep up with the increased rate of development, we will increase QA engineering.
