This library segments contains cases that seek to align an atlas containing detailed structural/functional information with an individual subject, or to align multiple subjects to a common space to build an atlas. The main challenge here is anatomical variability. The results of inter-subject registration by definition will vary with the degrees of freedom (DOF) allowed.
