    • Some. We have between 3 and 5 cases already.
• What modules for the NA-MIC Kit will result from this work?

    • Landmark splines
    • Warping of RT structure sets, RT dose

    • Atlas-based segmentation
• Outreach
  • Tutorial(s) on the wiki
    • How-to-push-the-buttons type tutorials
    • Application-style tutorials
  • Presentation at a DBP conference for year 2
    
    • The PI suggested the following possible venues:
      • AAPM (American Association for Physicists in Medicine http://www.aapm.org/) - late July / early August 2011 or 2012
      • ASTRO (American Society for Radiation Oncology; http://www.astro.org/) Sept 22-26, 2013
  • Hands-on teaching event for the DBP scientific community for year 3
