Demons Based Non-Rigid Registration that Accommodates Resection
Key Investigators

Objective
Implement the Demon's based non-rigid registration method published in [1,2] as a command-line module in Slicer3D.
Approach, Plan
The method is already implemented using ITK filters, but the following needs to be done:
- Refactor code to use the standard Demons registration filters in ITK.
- Integrate code with Slicer3D in the form of command line module.
