Objective
The goal is to investigate the integration of a set of tools for detecting early dementia in Slicer4. The tool displays images, charts and numbers which give the clinician a quick indication whether the patient has dementia and in the case of dementia which type.
Approach, Plan
Exploratory work to see if the collection of tools can be re-implemented as a standalone application in Slicer.
Progress
- Learned the workings of ScriptableModules and how to interact with Slicer and its components from Python.
- Confident I can build useful/useable applications with(in) Slicer4.
