Project Description
Objective
- To create a tool for validation of deformable image registration
Approach, Plan
- We plan to introduce a scripted module that will use two landmark sets as an input and calculate separation distance between each two corresponding landmarks. The interface and computations for the module will be in Python. The module wiil be integrated with Plastimatch and SlicerRT.
