The course uses the 3D Slicer software to explore MR datasets of the brain and 3D surface models of brain structures. The session is part of the HST.583 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging: Data Acquisition and Analysis, a multidisciplinary course which provides information relevant to the conduct and interpretation of human brain mapping studies.
