Sunday, January 6: Core 1&2 Site PI Retreat
- Morning: Travel
- 1-5pm: Closed session for Core 1&2 Site PIs, no delegates. Topic: competitive renewal.
Monday January, 7: Core 1&2 Site PI retreat/Project Activities
- Morning 9am-noon: Core 1&2 Site PI retreat continued
- Afternoon 1-5pm: Start Project Activities
Tuesday January, 8: Project Activities
- Project Activities All Day (9am-5pm)
Wednesday January, 9: Project Activities
- Project Activities All Day (9am-5pm)
Thursday January, 10: AHM, EAB
- Breakfast 7:30am
- Meeting runs 8am-5:30pm
- Morning: Presentation of the NA-MIC kit modules (software plus training materials) contributed by each core 1 and 2 site
- Early afternoon: DBP results
- Late afternoon: EAB
- Evening (6pm): Optional: Beer at Murphys (like last year)
Friday January, 11: Project Activities
- Morning (9am to noon): Project Activities
- Afternoon: Travel
