Objective
Incorporate the EMSegment algorithm---an automatic segmentation algorithm for medical images---into Slicer3. Create a simplified, wizard-style interface to the algorithm.
Progress
- A basic version of the EMSegment module is complete and is included in the current version of Slicer3.
- The module was demonstrated at a tutorial session during the January 2007 NAMIC all-hands meeting.
- Current and future work includes validation, the addition of image registration and intensity normalization, user interface improvements, and bug fixes.

- Kilian Pohl, Brad Davis, Sebastien Barre, Yumin Yuan, Polina Golland
