Objective
We have developed a deformation based morphometry approach that combines multiple registration methods, using the log-Euclidean framework, to help remove bias in DBM based studies. The goal of this project is to interface this code with slicer using CLP modules.
Approach, Plan
The existing code is an ITK-based command line program that operates on vector fields and produces Jacobians averaged over the registation algorithm. We have another command line program that does permutation testing of hypothesized group differences.
Progress
TODO:
- develop CLP module for existing ITK-based code
- develop means to do permutation testing within slicer (list of files in groups?)
