- Review of preliminary results for three tracts of interest with site by site feedback about method and parameter optimization
Algorithms:
- Fiber Tracking (Guido Gerig or his designee)
- 3DSlicer (Sonia Pujol)
- GTract (Vince Magnotta or his designee)
- Volumetric Connectivity (Ross Whitaker/Tom Fletcher or their designee)
- Discussion and refinement of tracts, algorithms, parameters for final study e.g add Stochastic Tractography (Marek Kubucki or his designee)
